How far ahead should I order?
For weddings, a few weeks is ideal so we can proof and perfect it. Rush options may be available.
Can you match my invitation style?
Yes — send your colors and fonts and we'll match the look.
How much does wedding, event & personalized cost?
Every wedding, event & personalized project is priced to your exact size, materials and quantity, so we quote each job instead of posting flat prices. Send us your details or your artwork and we'll get you a clear quote quickly. For standard products you can also see sample pricing right in our online shop and order online.
How long will my wedding, event & personalized take?
Turnaround depends on the size of the job and our current schedule, but many wedding, event & personalized orders are ready within about a week once you approve your digital proof. If you're on a deadline, tell us up front — rush options may be available. We'll always give you a realistic timeline before we start.
What artwork or files do you need?
We work best from vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) or high-resolution PNG/JPG images. Don't have print-ready artwork? No problem — our in-house designers can create your design from scratch or clean up what you have, then send a digital proof for your approval before anything goes into production.
Do you serve my town?
We're based at Western Reserve Park in Poland, Ohio and handle wedding, event & personalized for the Tri-County Area. Not sure if you're in our area? Call us at (330) 330-8500 and we'll let you know — pickup is available at our shop and we install throughout the Valley.
Can you design it for me if I don't have a logo or layout?
Yes. Design is part of what we do — tell us your idea, your colors and roughly what you want, and our designers will build your wedding, event & personalized and send you a proof to approve. You never pay for production until you're happy with the design.
